1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SuperLander ("the Service"), operated by Go Marketi LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperLander is a SaaS platform that generates AI-personalized landing pages for B2B cold outreach campaigns. The Service includes page generation, prospect data enrichment, analytics tracking, and campaign management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload prospect data that you do not have the right to use
Generate pages containing misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service outside of our provided APIs

5. Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Page generation limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused pages do not roll over. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including prospect lists, campaign content, and offer descriptions. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any prospect data. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of third-party data.

7. Generated Content

Landing pages generated by the Service contain AI-generated copy and enriched prospect data. You may use generated pages for your outreach campaigns. We do not claim ownership of generated content. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated copy or enriched data.

8. API and Webhook Access

API access is available on Pro plans and above. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We may rate-limit or suspend API access if we detect abuse. Webhook integrations must use HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.

9. White-Label and Custom Domains

Agency plans include white-label features. You are responsible for configuring DNS records for custom domains. We provide SSL certificates for verified custom domains. White-label features are subject to your plan limits.

10. Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service downtime, including scheduled maintenance. Generated pages are served via CDN with caching for reliability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Marketi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Marketi LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
