SuperLander is a product of Go Marketi LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Go Marketi LLC. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you as a user of our service.

2. What Data We Collect

Account Data

When you sign up, we collect your email address via magic link authentication. We do not collect passwords.

Campaign Data

When you create campaigns, you upload prospect data (company names, domains, contact names). This data is used to generate personalized landing pages and is stored in our database.

Analytics Data

We track page views, CTA clicks, and scroll depth on generated landing pages. This data is associated with page tokens, not individual visitors. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) for our marketing site.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the SuperLander service (generating and hosting landing pages)
To enrich prospect data for page personalization
To provide campaign analytics and reporting
To send transactional emails (sign-in links, notifications)
To enforce usage limits and billing
To improve our service and fix bugs

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Your data is processed by the following essential service providers. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Supabase (Supabase Inc.) — Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Stores all account, campaign, and page data.
Stripe (Stripe Inc.) — Payment processing for paid plans. Processes billing information.
Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) — AI copy generation. We send prospect company information and offer descriptions to generate personalized page copy.
Firecrawl (Mendable Inc.) — Website scraping for prospect company enrichment. We send prospect domains to extract company information.
Apollo.io (Apollo Inc.) — Contact and company data enrichment. We send prospect domains and names to retrieve business information.
Brandfetch (Brandfetch Ltd.) — Brand asset retrieval. We send prospect domains to retrieve logos and brand colors.
ScreenshotOne — Website screenshot generation. We send prospect domains to capture homepage screenshots.
Resend (Resend Inc.) — Transactional email delivery. Sends sign-in links and notifications to your email address.
Plausible (Plausible Insights OUe) — Privacy-friendly website analytics for our marketing pages. No cookies, no personal data collection.
Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — Application hosting and deployment. Serves all web requests.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Campaign and page data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Enrichment cache data expires automatically after 7 days. Analytics event data is retained for 24 months.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, API key authentication with HMAC-SHA256 verification for webhooks, and server-side only access to third-party API credentials.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your campaign and page data
Object to processing of your data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) does not use cookies.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of SuperLander after changes constitutes acceptance.
